Book about Japanese guy with no hands. Title?

I came across a book (I think it's an autobiography) about a Japanese guy with no hands, but I don't remember the title... It's a triumph-over-adversity book; I think he's quite successful academically.

The front cover was a black and white picture of him in a wheelchair, shirt sleeves dangling by his sides. Oh, and he wore spectacles.

Yes, Doom is right. His name is Hirotada Ototake, and the title of the book is No One's Perfect. By the way, he doesn't have his legs either. (he was born without hands and legs.) He graduated from Waseda University, one of the prestigious universities in Japan and is now a successful sports writer.
